Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed and delivered within 3-5 business days.
If you accidentally put the wrong info for an order (wrong address or missing apt number) please contact us right away at [email protected] so we can fix it before it gets shipped. If it gets shipped out before you contact us, we will not be held responsible for any incorrect details.
ARE RETURNS/EXCHANGES OFFERED?
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received them, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags and free from any stains and odors (good or bad). Items showing signs of wear and/or damage will not be accepted.Please note Shipping is not covered. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
To initiate a return please email us at weareamora@mail with your information. Please include your order number, the item description, and/or concern. Once received We will reach out to you as soon as we can.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as its received and contact us asap if the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right :)
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it (lost/stolen). You must take this up with the United States Postal Service. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state delivered. Shipping fees are non-refundable nor the order.
